I don't know about you, but I love editorial cartoons. I guess I love them because of the old cliche', "a picture can say a thousand words." I feel as though there are times when one cannot muster up the proper words to put into context a major event that has taken place. The passing of iconic figure Nelson Mandela is one of those major events that I feel my vocabulary has failed me when it comes to expressing what his presence really meant to me and the rest of the world.
So I wanted to share with you all some of the best editorial cartoons I've been able to find thus far that summarizes what I feel a lot of people are feeling as it relates to Madiba's passing.
